How to return an item

By post: Lincraft Online, 171-177 Cherry Lane, Laverton North VIC 3026.

In store: return to any Lincraft store with your proof of purchase and the return form included with your order.

Either way, items must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, Zip or PayPal), usually within 3 business days of us receiving your return. Faulty or incorrect items get a full refund including freight; change of mind returns don't include freight.

These are awful the plastic on the cord doesn't cover the end on the needle so the stitches get stuck there rather than sliding up to the needle points. Unusable!!! Expensive for a useless tool.

I have these needles in multiple sizes, and they're fine in the larger size, but the 2.25mm are terrible! The join between the cable and the needle is bumpy. Unless you have a pretty loose gauge, you need to manually move each stitch individually over the join, making the needles essentially useless. I'll definitely be returning these.
