The Fragrance People Incense Backflow Cone Holder with 20 Cones

Instructions : Use this product with backflow cones only. Backflow cones have a hole at the bottom to force the smoke downwards to generate the waterfall effect. Remove backflow cones from box. Place cone firmly on the ceramic incense holder by aligning the holes of th cone and the burner. Ignite the sharp top of the cone about 3-4mm and blow out flame. Now enjoy the waterfall effect. Care Tip: Please clean the incense hole consistently to avoid blockage. Using in a windless environment is recommended. Caution: Always keep burning incense away from flammable materials. Always extinguish incense before leaving room or going to sleep. Ashes should fall on fireproof and heat resistant surfaces only. Failure to follow instuctions could result in fire hazard, injury or smoke damage. DO not ingest. Only use in a well ventilated room. Warning: to prevent fire, always place incense holder on heat resistant surface. Keep burning incense within sight and do not move incense holder when hot. Keep incense out of reach of children and pets. Do not place burning incense on or near flammable materials.

Change of mind

If the item isn't what you ordered, is damaged, or you've simply changed your mind, we'll refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase — provided it's in saleable condition, in original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. Change of mind returns exclude postage and handling, and don't apply to cut or lineal product like fabric unless it's faulty or not what you ordered.

How to return an item

By post: Lincraft Online, 171-177 Cherry Lane, Laverton North VIC 3026.

In store: return to any Lincraft store with your proof of purchase and the return form included with your order.

Either way, items must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, Zip or PayPal), usually within 3 business days of us receiving your return. Faulty or incorrect items get a full refund including freight; change of mind returns don't include freight.
