Why are we changing the login process?

From 1 June, Lincraft customer accounts will move to a new secure login experience using a 6-digit verification code sent to your email address.

This update is designed to make logging into your account faster, easier, and more secure. Instead of remembering a password, you’ll simply enter a one-time verification code sent directly to your registered email address when signing in.

This approach helps improve account security and reduces common login issues such as forgotten passwords or locked accounts.

To ensure you can continue accessing your account without interruption, please make sure your email address is correct and up to date before the change takes effect.
