If your machine proves defective through faulty workmanship or materials within 2 years of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Can I buy these in a Lincraft store?
No. This offer is online only at lincraft.com.au and is not available in any Lincraft store.
Do I need to be a member?
Yes. This is a special offer for Lincraft members, so you need to log in to your Lincraft account to purchase.
Does the 40% off storewide sale apply?
No. These products are excluded from the storewide sale. Prices are already reduced, and no further discounts apply.
Can I use a voucher, code or my points?
No. Vouchers, promotional codes, birthday vouchers and points redemptions cannot be used on this offer.
How do the bundles work?
On the machine or grinder page, choose the bundle you want, pick your colours and add it to your cart. The bundle saving is applied automatically.
Do the capsules work with the Gaggia machines?
No. The capsules are compatible with Nespresso® Original capsule machines only. The Gaggia machines use ground coffee.
How much is delivery?
Standard Lincraft shipping of $11.95 applies. Your Segafredo order is sent directly by Segafredo Bean Alliance Australia, and any other Lincraft items in your order are sent separately by Lincraft, so they may arrive on different days.
Is there a limit on coffee?
Yes, coffee beans are limited to 20 bags per customer.
What warranty do I get?
Gaggia machines come with a 24-month warranty against defects from Segafredo Bean Alliance Australia, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For warranty claims, call Segafredo Bean Alliance Australia on 1300 660 976.
