If your machine proves defective through faulty workmanship or materials within 2 years of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

SHIPPING
Standard Lincraft shipping of $11.95 applies. Your Segafredo order is sent directly by Segafredo Bean Alliance Australia, and any other Lincraft items in your order are sent separately by Lincraft, so they may arrive on different days.

Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.segafredo.com.au.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
www.segafredo.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. 
Refunds will be processed by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of  www.segafredo.com.au.
