Cast on 8 sts.

Work stst for 12 rows.

Slide sts off the left hand neelde;
Place the first 4 stitches back on the needle, then bring the back 4 stitches to sit in front of these 4 sts, in the order of stitch numbers 8,7,6,5.

K row.

Cont working another 11 rows of stst.

Cast off.

To Finish

Using fingers, join the start and end of headband, and darn in loose threads to neaten.
