What types of subscriptions do you have?

Unfortunately our Lincraft GOLD Membership Subscription is no longer available for new subscriptions.

Can I still use my GOLD membership benefits or discounts?

We are no longer accepting new subscriptions to the Lincraft GOLD membership program.

If you're an existing GOLD member, there's no need to do anything — you'll continue to enjoy all your GOLD membership benefits as normal until the end of your current subscription period. The expiry date can be found by logging into your online account or checking the renewal date on your last renewal notification.

This does not apply to GOLD members in WA, NT and TAS affected by recent changes to our shipping service — these members have been contacted directly with information specific to their membership.

Do I get discounts in store as well?

Yes, your subscription membership is for both online and in-store. Online discount will be available within 10 minutes of membership purchase. In-store discount will be available on the following business day of membership purchase. Please note that any 'Early access to product' offers will only be available online.

Is my subscription valid in other countries?

Your Gold Membership is only valid within the country within which you signed up. Please contact our customer service team if you are permanently moving country.
