 Returns

We will always honour your rights for a refund, repair or replacement as requried by the Australian Consumer Law. Unless covered by the Australian Consumer Law we do not refund or exchange on products sold by the metre or paper patterns.Wherever reasonable we will try and meet your expectations even for a "Change of mind" refund, provided it is returned within 30 days in a saleable condition, you have original proof of purchase and for refunds over $50, provide I.D. for store returns. 

What if I change my mind? 

If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, is damaged, or you've just changed your mind, we will refund or exchange your goods. This offer excludes postage and handling on 'change of mind' returns and is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Change of mind refunds does not apply to cut or lineal product such as fabric unless they are not what you ordered or faulty in some way.  

Things you should know: 

Unforeseen manufacturing, supplier and delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices do not include accessories. Reproduction of colours may not be accurate.

There are two ways to obtain a refund or exchange for your online purchase:

The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your Proof of Purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

IN STORE
Return the item to any Lincraft store within 30 days of receipt. It must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your proof of purchase that was included with the product.               

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, Paypal or Zip account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered, we will not refund on cut or lineal product such as fabric. If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, you will receive a full refund (including freight). Freight costs will not be refunded for 'change of mind' returns.

How do I get my refund?

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, Paypal or Zip or account that was used to make the original purchase. If a refund is required, it will be processed as soon as the items have been received. Please provide a contact number as once the goods are received, we will contact you to acquire your details to complete the refund.
