One of the truly great combat aircraft of the post war era, the McDonnell Douglas F-15A was a single seat, all weather air superiority fighter, which at the time, was one of the most expensive military programmes in history. Designed around the fighter pilot with the intention of producing an aircraft which would allow him to dominate the battlefield, the F-15 was known as the ‘Ultimate MiG slayer’, as it provided the USAF with a fighter which was without equal in the world’s skies and became the aircraft against which all future fighter designs would be judged. Despite being in service for more than forty years, the F-15 is still a formidable combat aircraft and is even being considered for further upgrade to keep it in front line service for many years to come. What if I change my mind?
If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, is damaged, or you've just changed your mind, we will refund or exchange your goods. This offer excludes postage and handling on 'change of mind' returns and is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Change of mind refunds does not apply to cut or lineal product such as fabric unless they are not what you ordered or faulty in some way.

There are two ways to obtain a refund or exchange for your online purchase:

The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your Proof of Purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
IN STORE
Return the item to any Lincraft store within 30 days of receipt. It must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your proof of purchase and the completed return form that was included with the product.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, Zip, Humm or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered, we will not refund on cut or lineal product such as fabric. If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, you will receive a full refund (including freight). Freight costs will not be refunded for 'change of mind' returns.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. If a refund is required, it will be processed as soon as the items have been received. Please provide a contact number as once the goods are received we will contact you to acquire your credit card details to complete the refund.
