Bonnie Craft Cords are the highest quality cords available for use with chair frames, plant hangers, rugs and other home craft projects. All Bonnie Craft Cords are specially designed with more than the required amount of UV stabilizers for added strength and durability; Bonnie Craft is washable, easy to knot, soft on hands, hypoallergenic and never fused.
PEPPERELL-Bonnie Macrame Braid Craft Cord. The perfect cord for all fiber crafts: knotting, crocheting, knitting and weaving. It is bulky, colorfast and heat fusible. Made of 100% polyolefin fiber. Approximately 3/16inch thick (4mm) and 50 yards long. Available in a variety of colors and patterns (each sold separately).

What if I change my mind?
If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, is damaged, or you've just changed your mind, we will refund or exchange your goods. This offer excludes postage and handling on 'change of mind' returns and is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Change of mind refunds does not apply to cut or lineal product such as fabric unless they are not what you ordered or faulty in some way.

Unforeseen manufacturing, supplier and delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices do not include accessories. Reproduction of colours may not be accurate.

There are two ways to obtain a refund or exchange for your online purchase:

The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your Proof of Purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
IN STORE
Return the item to any Lincraft store within 30 days of receipt. It must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your proof of purchase and the completed return form that was included with the product.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card, Zip, Humm or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered, we will not refund on cut or lineal product such as fabric. If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, you will receive a full refund (including freight). Freight costs will not be refunded for 'change of mind' returns.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. If a refund is required, it will be processed as soon as the items have been received. Please provide a contact number as once the goods are received we will contact you to acquire your credit card details to complete the refund.
